Macy Goerges

Macy grew up in Chaska, Minnesota and danced competitively for 15 years at Metropolitan Dance Alliance. Her summers were often spent in Park Rapids, Minnesota, where she performed in numerous productions at her family’s theater, Jasper’s Theater. During her senior year of high school, she also assisted with Fluid Dance Convention, an experience that deepened her passion for teaching and mentorship.

After graduating, Macy moved to Fargo, North Dakota, to attend North Dakota State University, where she earned a degree in Management Communication. Throughout her college years, she remained deeply involved in dance—teaching at Red River Dance and performing as a member of the Bison Dance Team. Following graduation, she stepped into a leadership role at the studio, serving as Competition Director from 2020 to 2021.

In 2023, Macy returned to Minnesota and currently teaches at her home studio in Shakopee as well as at another studio in Edina. Macy is passionate about inspiring the next generation of dancers and finds true fulfillment in mentoring young artists while fostering confidence, creativity, and a lifelong love of dance.
